Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At the Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy, we strive to provide the highest level of care to all our patients. To ensure fairness and availability, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.
Medicare & Insurance Patients: This policy applies to all patients, including Medicare, in accordance with standard practice guidelines.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all of our patients efficiently.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Prescription Renewals
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
