Why Did You Choose A Career In Medicine?
My passion for nutrition and healthy living has been the driving force behind my interest in medicine. During my undergraduate studies in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Arizona, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Verona, Italy. This experience deepened my understanding of how various diets influence disease trends and highlighted the connection between nutrition and health. My academic journey, coupled with a desire to explore the relationship between diet and overall well-being, inspired me to pursue a career in medicine.

I am passionate about supporting charities and causes that focus on empowering women, addressing domestic violence, and providing resources for adoption.

Personally, I aspire to travel more and immerse myself in new cultures. I also aim to explore new hobbies that will help me maintain a healthy work-life balance and stay connected to the community.
Professionally, my goal is to continuously expand my knowledge and skills in the field of otolaryngology as an ENT physician assistant. I strive to provide the best possible care for my patients by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure they feel comfortable throughout their care.

The most influential mentor I’ve had the privilege of working with was a primary care physician in Jacksonville, FL, during my clinical rotations. He exemplified a teaching mindset in every interaction, whether with his patients or with me as a student. His dedication to patient education was truly inspiring—he took the time to ensure that each patient fully understood their diagnosis and care plan before leaving the appointment.
