The Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy (LACENTA) began in 2014 with a single office in East Los Angeles. From the start, the goal was clear: address the growing need for community-based ENT care in one of the nation’s most diverse and underserved regions. Patients deserved faster access to care, hospitals needed stronger coverage, and young physicians were looking for a better path to build sustainable practices in California’s complex healthcare environment.

LACENTA was created to meet those needs. By combining the independence of private practice with the infrastructure, innovation, and support of a modern healthcare group, LACENTA has grown to more than 15 locations across Southern California, with more opening each year.
